20km casual social kick. Sandgate to Woody Point. Meet in the Carpark in front of Doug's Cafe on Flinders St at the corner of Second Ave in Sandgate. Out via Sandgate foreshore and Hornibrooke bridge. This is an entirely flat kick. Coffee and/or brunch afterwards in Sandgate.

This event day consists of a series of 400metre Sprints on an athletic track – official times, and also great training Where: Athletic Track at St Josephs Nudgee College – just off Sandgate Road Boondall, opposite Zillmere Rd.
