AFA Race Day March 2012

What are you doing on the 25th of March?

Are you planning to be a boring slacky who stays in bed – hot and sticky in this Aussie heat? Of course not!

 You’re planning to be out in the cool, crisp air, burning up the track on your trusty footbike with other scootering enthusiasts!

(about 500m up from Cannon Hill Shopping plaza on opposite side of road towards Gateway Motorway)

When exactly are you planning to show off your footbiking expertise and fitness?
Sunday 25th March 2012
Registration from 6.30 till 7am

Have your fast booties on because the races begin with the 400m sprints at 7.30am. After a bit of a break – so you can catch your breath and slow that heart rate – there are races of 10km and 5km – depending upon your level of experience and age.

Now, if you’re a newbie to the sport, we’d love to meet you. There will be a number of experienced footbikers on the day who will be delighted to give you tips on how to get the best out of your footbike… just a word of warning: some looooove this sport to excess and you know how people are when you get them on their favourite subject! Be sure to bring some earplugs!  LOL
